港股异动 | 内房股集体拉升，深铁集团拟向万科提供42亿借款
本周一（2月24日）港股盘初，内房股集体拉升，截至发稿 融创中国 涨超7%， 万科企业 涨超6%， 绿城中国 、 龙湖集团 均涨超5%：
消息面上，2月21日晚间，万科公告称，公司第一大股东深圳市地铁集团有限公司（简称“深铁集团”）拟向公司提供借款，借款金额为42亿元，借款用途为用于偿还公司在公开市场发行的债券的本金与利息，借款期限为36个月。
