Cloudflare预计第四季度营收在4.51亿至4.52亿美元之间，低于分析师平均预期的4.557亿美元。不过公司同时预测季度调整后每股净收益为18美分，略高于17美分的预期。
尽管如此，Cloudflare仍将2024年全年营收预期从之前的16.57亿至16.59亿美元上调至16.61亿至16.62亿美元。与该公司竞争的网络安全公司如Palo Alto Networks和Crowdstrike等公司市场份额不断扩大，对Cloudflare的份额构成威胁。
