北京时间11月8日凌晨消息,房地产经纪公司Redfin Corp(纳斯达克股票代码:RDFN)公布了截至2024年9月30日的第三季度财报,财报数据逊于市场预期,导致该股在盘后交易中大幅下跌。
财报显示,第三季度Redfin净亏损3406万美元,每股亏损0.28美元,而分析师此前预期公司每股亏损为0.20美元。营收为2.78亿美元,同比增长3.4%,但也低于华尔街2.81亿美元的预期。
财报逊色的表现引发市场担忧,Redfin盘后股价一度大跌12.74%至10.01美元。今年迄今,该股累计上涨4.1%,但本季度下跌14.3%。分析师当前对Redfin的平均评级为"持有",给予的12个月目标价中位数为8美元。
