超微电脑宣布，独立特别委员会未发现任何不当行为的证据，对公司在2023年4月至2024年6月任何季度的营收确认结论均无异议，预计公司无需对已报告的财务数据进行重述。
公司表示，将更换首席财务官David Weigand，并批准新增高管招聘，将加速寻找一位首席合规官（CCO）。
