美国钢铁盘后暴跌11%，特朗普称不希望看到其被日本公司收购
美国钢铁股价在盘后交易中暴跌11%，此前特朗普表示不愿看到这家钢铁制造商被日本企业收购。
特朗普指出，该公司不断增长的钢铁订单证明其目前不需要任何投资。他还表示不希望美国钢铁被"任何其他地方"收购，显然是指其他外国买家。
近日，由于投资者期待特朗普会推翻美国前总统拜登阻止日本制铁株式会社收购美国钢铁公司的决定，美国钢铁股价一度攀升至2024年3月以来的最高点。特朗普于周一要求对这笔拟议交易再次进行国家安全审查，美国外国投资委员会将用45天时间完成最终评估。
但这位前总统已多次明确表示，不希望日本制铁株式会社持有美国钢铁公司的多数股权。
