2024年10月30日消息,领先的太阳能电池板制造商第一太阳能(FSLR)周一盘前大跌约6.7%,股价一度跌至184.52美元。此前公布的第三季度财报显示,尽管第一太阳能净利润同比实现16.6%的增长至3.13亿美元,但营收、毛利率等关键财务数据未能完全达到市场预期。
更令投资者担忧的是,该公司下调了2024年全年销售预期,由原先44亿至46亿美元调低至41亿至42.5亿美元。公司表示,今年的住宅安装量大幅下降,公用事业规模项目面临并网等待时间过长以及熟练劳动力短缺等困扰,对全年业绩表现构成了不利影响。
另一方面,第一太阳能还透露已通过律师函通知阿特斯太阳能、晶澳太阳能、隆基股份、晶科能源以及天合光能等多家竞争对手存在侵犯其领先太阳能技术专利的行为,并表示将考虑对相关企业提起诉讼。这无疑加剧了市场对公司未来发展前景的忧虑。
