2月10日，万科A公告称，公司第一大股东深圳市地铁集团有限公司拟向公司提供28亿元股东借款，借款利率为年化2.34%，低于全国银行间同业拆借中心公布的1年期LPR。万科企业将提供价值40亿元的万物云股票作为质押担保，质押率设定为70%。本次借款用于偿还公司在公开市场发行的债券本金与利息。
