港股异动 | 内房股盘初拉升，金辉控股大涨超40%，富力地产涨超9%
本周五港股盘初，内房股拉升， 金辉控股 大涨超40%， 佳兆业集团 涨超12%， 富力地产 涨超9%， 旭辉控股集团 涨近8%， 融创中国 涨超7%：
消息面上，广东省政府4月21日召开全省一季度经济形势分析会。会议强调，要持续用力推动房地产市场止跌回稳，加强“好房子”规划设计建设，大力推进城市更新和城中村改造。
此外，今年以来，核心城市土拍热度不断升温。据中指研究院统计，1-4月，22个重点城市月度平均溢价率均在20%左右。4月，北京、杭州、成都、苏州、重庆、南京相继拍出高溢价地块。
花旗发表报告称，未来两年将是布局中国房地产板块的好时机，原因在于资产周转率和定价推动股本回报率持续改善，同时主要城市6月销售预计向好。
汇丰也表示，低利率、供应紧张以及信贷正常化相互作用，形成了推动房地产市场结构性复苏的有利条件。
