煤炭股 Peabody 一度大涨23%，截至发稿报13.22美元，涨幅17.41%：
消息面上，Peabody考虑购买英美资源公司(AngloAmerican)资产。此外，美国总统特朗普当地时间8日签署行政命令，指示联邦政府所有部门和机构终止所有针对煤炭行业的歧视性政策。
这将解除在美联邦范围开展新煤炭项目的租赁禁令，加速所有新煤炭项目的许可和资助。特朗普还指示司法部大力追查其认为非法或违宪的歧视煤炭、歧视安全能源的州政策和议程。
