全球玩具巨头孩之宝(Hasbro)在2024年第三季度再次出现销售下滑,但得益于成本控制的努力,公司利润率大幅提升,超出了分析师的预期。

数据显示,孩之宝第三季度销售额同比下降13.8%至12.8亿美元,连续第九个季度出现销售收入下滑。分析人士指出,这主要是由于消费者在全球通胀持续的背景下,收紧了玩具消费的支出。

不过,孩之宝通过一系列成本控制措施,如削减供应链成本、剥离eOne真人秀资产,以及专注于利润率较高的数字游戏业务,使得公司第三季度的利润率达到25.7%,较上年同期的22.8%有显著提升。
