The notes will be issued under the US$30b Global Medium Term Note Programme.
United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) has priced new senior notes to be issued under the US$30b Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) Programme.
The notes comprise US$800m 4.401% Senior Notes due 2028 (Series 074 Notes), US$900m Senior Floating Rate Notes due 2028 (Series 075 Notes), and US$300m Senior Floating Rate Notes due 2030 (Series 076 Notes).
The Series 074 Notes have a fixed rate of 4.401% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears, and will mature on 2 April 2028.
The Series 075 Notes, due on or before 2 April 2028, have a compounded index Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) plus 0.58% per annum, payable quarterly in arrears.
The Series 076 Notes have a compounded index SOFR plus 0.65% per annum, payable quarterly in arrears, and will mature on or before 2 April 2030.
ANZ Banking Group, BNP Paribas, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, UBS AG Singapore, and UOB are the joint lead managers for the issuance.
