特朗普拟签署“黑金复兴令”，重振煤炭业护航AI产业
据报道，美国总统特朗普将于周二下午签署一项行政令，旨在扩大国内煤炭开采与使用规模。此举一方面旨在为高耗能的人工智能(AI)数据中心提供能源保障，另一方面试图重振日渐式微的化石燃料产业。
据一位白宫高级官员透露，该行政令将包含多项振兴煤炭产业的联邦举措。核心措施包括：恢复联邦土地煤炭开采权、将煤炭列为关键战略矿产、推动美国煤炭及相关技术出口等。
分析指出，这显示特朗普政府将本国煤炭储备视为维持AI领域竞争优势、保障国家安全的重要战略资源。
去年竞选期间，特朗普就承诺重振煤炭产业，并在任期早些时候签署了一项行政命令，宣布国家能源紧急状态，指示环保署扩大化石燃料生产与供应。
根据安排，特朗普将于美东时间下午三点在白宫东厅举行签署仪式。据悉，Peabody、Core Natural Resources、Ramaco Resources等美国主要矿业公司高管将出席仪式。
据了解，在过去的三十年里，美国大幅减少了煤炭的使用，煤炭发电占比从1997年的52.8%骤降至2022年的19.7%
根据美国全球能源监测(GEM)的数据，自2000年以来已有约770个燃煤发电机组退役，预计未来还将有更多机组关闭。
受此消息影响，煤炭类股普涨，截至发稿，Peabody、Core Natural Resources涨超11%，Warrior Met Coal涨超8%，Alpha Metallurgical Resources涨超7%，Alliance Resource Partners涨超6%。
