智通财经APP消息,绿城服务集团(02869.HK)股价今日盘中大跌5.24%,跌幅引起市场关注。此前,绿城服务公告拟出售旗下澳洲蒙特梭利教育集团(MAG)11.6%股权,引发市场对该公司未来发展方向的猜测。
据悉,绿城服务计划以1620万澳元的价格出售MAG 11.6%股权,同时MAG原股东也将以1500万澳元回购10.8%股份。交易完成后,绿城服务对MAG的持股比例将降至35%。
中金证券发布研报指出,此举有利于绿城服务聚焦物业服务等主营业务。分析师表示,绿城服务2019年斥资约5000万澳元收购MAG 56%股权,本次交易对MAG估值已较当时上涨55%,显示公司投资收益可观。预计绿城服务本次将收回约3120万澳元投资本金及2091万澳元股东贷款,实现约1680万澳元收益。中金认为,这为公司创造了较好的现金流,将有利于加大股东回报力度。
