与此同时,最新数据显示,香港楼市成交量近期已现回暖迹象。中原地产最新数据显示,上周末香港十大屋苑录得15宗成交,较前一周的8宗大幅增加87.5%,为今年三月下旬以来最高水平。业内人士指出,不少买家为避免减息带动楼价上涨,提前入市吸纳优质楼盘,推高了成交量。
在这双重利好的支撑下,地产股昨日全线走高,以长实集团涨幅最大,显示市场对该股长期增长前景更为看好。长实作为香港著名地产商之一,凭借其地产业务广受投资者青睐,未来发展值得期待。
