美股异动｜西南航空涨超10.8%，更新业绩指引及回购计划+任命新董事会成员
本周四（9月26日）， 西南航空 涨超10%，截至发稿报31.48美元，涨幅10.88%，创下自2020年5月以来最大单日涨幅：
公司在周四晚些时候举行的投资者日活动之前公布了第三季度和全年的指引更新，并宣布了一项新的25亿美元股票回购计划。
此外，西南航空任命前Spirit Airlines首席执行官Robert Fornaro为董事会成员，并立即生效。
该公司预计第三季度每可用座位英里收入(RASM)将同比增长2%至3%，而之前预测为持平或下降2%；预计每加仑经济燃油成本为2.5至2.6美元，而之前预期为2.6至2.7美元；预计第三季度运力将同比增长2%，全年运力将增长约4%。
此外，西南航空预计今年年底将有 802 架飞机投入使用。
