碧桂园此前因无法按期公布2023年业绩,去年4月2日起在港交所暂停买卖。公司已于近期公布2023年全年以及2024年中期业绩。为缓解流动性压力,碧桂园制定了多项计划和措施,包括与境内外贷款机构、债券持有人的重组谈判和债务展期,并积极响应政府扶持政策,全力寻求外部资源支持交付工作。
据了解,目前碧桂园有足够营运资金应付当前经营所需。董事会认为集团将可持续经营,主要依托项目建设和销售收入,并将努力盘活业绩欠佳的资产、控制成本费用等,未来盈利能力有望提升。公司还将探索建筑科技及代建代管等新业务,力图实现"一体两翼"多元发展,增强竞争优势。
