美股异动 | Service Now跌超12%，预计年度订阅收入低于预期
本周四（1月30日），云计算平台开发公司 ServiceNow 盘初跌超12%，截至发稿报1003.76美元，跌幅12.23%：
公司发布2024年第四季度业绩。财报显示，四季度调整后营收29.5亿美元，分析师预期29.6亿美元；该公司四季度调整后EPS为3.67美元，分析师预期3.68美元。
此外，ServiceNow表示，订阅收入增长21%至28.66亿美元，略低于市场普遍预期的28.8亿美元。
ServiceNow预测2025年全年订阅收入增长在19.5%至20%之间，而预期增长为20.8%。此外，ServiceNow预测CRPO增长率为20.5%，而预期为20.4%。
该公司表示，董事会批准根据其股票回购计划额外回购30亿美元的股票。
