继上周录得涨幅后,华润置地(01109)今天盘中再度大涨5.09%,引发市场较大关注。
就华润置地本身股价大涨,分析人士认为,主要原因在于两方面:一是房地产行业初现修复迹象,市场预期好转;另一方面是随着部分机构开始力挺相关个股,利好股价反弹。
中金就发布研报称,内地房地产板块初现向好迹象,认为2025年是行业去杠杆、去库存的开端。整体基调是下行趋势缓和,未来产能修复存在向上空间。考虑到近期市场对中国资产预期改观,以及当前房地产股性价比较高,该行建议适当布局优质地产股,并继续给予包括华润置地在内的多只地产股"买入"评级。
