戴尔科技公司(DELL)今日股价盘中大涨5.66%,引发市场关注。消息显示,戴尔最新发布内部备忘录,要求自9月30日起,公司全球销售团队中能够在公司办公室工作的员工必须每周工作5天,从而结束了远程工作的模式。
据悉,戴尔做出这一调整的目的是为充分利用协作环境和"增长技能",要求销售团队每周必须在办公室工作。备忘录称,远程工作应该成为例外情况,而不是常规做法。此前,戴尔公司销售团队每周只需在办公室工作3天。
不过,对于无法进入戴尔办公室的远程销售团队成员,公司表示应继续远程工作。戴尔还透露,将在未来几周内提供更多与远程员工有关的信息。
