香港宽频(01310)股价今日盘中曾大涨逾7%,报5.2元创52周新高,吸引市场广泛关注。公司股价大涨乃因两大利好消息传出,推动公司估值重新被市场重视。
第一利好为中国移动香港公司(原国资电讯运营商)发布公告,提出有条件自愿全面现金要约,以每股5.23元的溢价收购香港宽频全部已发行股份。按该要约价计算,香港宽频市值高达约69亿港元。公告称,这将支持双方各自的增长策略,为港消费者创造价值。
另一个利好来自于基础设施投资者I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.也表达了对香港宽频全部已发行股份的收购意向,双方仍在洽商要约条款及潜在价格。据悉,I Squared对香港宽频的估值可能在每股5至6港元左右。
