这一上涨或与深圳市最新出台的楼市调控政策利好有关。深圳市住房和建设局当日发布通知,取消商品住房和商务公寓转让限制,将个人住房转让增值税免征期由5年调整为2年。同时放宽限购政策,优化住房贷款条件,首套房贷最低首付比例调至15%,二套房贷最低20%。
