公司近日宣布,旗下附属公司及关联方与各卖方及债务人达成一系列债务偿还协议,各方同意通过转让物业或车位等资产的方式来偿还欠款。这些债务偿还协议总价值约7.03亿元人民币。
市场分析人士认为,此次收购资产可使万物云集团偿还万科企业等主体的部分债务,有助于改善其财务状况,投资者对公司长期前景的信心因而增强,推动股价走高。不过短期内融资压力尚未完全缓解,股价走势仍需进一步观察。
