家具零售巨头RH三季度营收略低于预期，但Q4指引远高于预期，夜盘涨超17%
美国家具零售巨头 Restoration Hardware Holdings 于周四盘后公布了截至11月2日的三个月内财务数据，期间实现净利润为3,320万美元，即每股盈利1.66美元，而去年同期则净亏损220万美元，即每股亏损12美分。
扣除一次性项目后，公司每股收益为2.48美元。而根据FactSet的调查，分析师预计的调整后每股收益为2.65美元。
公司收入增长了8.1%，达到8.117亿美元，但略低于华尔街预期的8.122亿美元，FactSet数据显示。
值得注意的是，公司预计第四季度的营业收入将比去年同期增长18%到20%，同时预计需求增长在20%到22%之间，远高于FactSet调查的分析师预测营业收入增长7%，公司股价夜盘涨超17%：
首席执行官Gary Friedman表示：“尽管处于30年来最差的房地产市场，但我们业务的积极势头仍在持续增强，第三季度需求增长了13%。”
Friedman补充道，公司正致力于业务转型，以推出更具启发性和颠覆性的RH品牌。
