公司预期第四季度销售收入将介乎3.8亿至4.6亿美元之间,按年下降3.5%,环比亦下跌2%。公司表示,短期内对先进封装等人工智能相关业务前景充满信心,但主流业务及表面贴装技术解决方案业务复苏步伐缓慢。此暗示公司主力业务增长乏力,加剧了市场对其前景的担忧。
