美国放松自动驾驶监管，特斯拉拟于6月前启动Robotaxi试点
周五，特斯拉持续拉升，截至发稿涨幅已扩大至超7%。美国交通部长肖恩·达菲周四公布了国家公路交通安全管理局(NHTSA)新版《自动驾驶汽车框架》，旨在减少繁文缛节，加速商用自动驾驶汽车落地。
修订后的新规将允许部分不符合联邦安全标准(如后视镜配置要求)的自动驾驶车辆在美国道路运营。该部门同时表示，将简化涉及自动驾驶软件的碰撞事故报告流程。不过NHTSA强调，将继续保留对配备特定高级驾驶辅助系统和自动驾驶系统车辆的碰撞报告通用命令。
此外，NHTSA还将扩大《自动驾驶汽车豁免计划》适用范围，首次纳入本土生产的车辆。此前该计划仅允许企业在美运营不符合标准的进口自动驾驶汽车。
谷歌母公司Alphabet旗下Waymo计划明年在华盛顿特区推出全自动驾驶网约车服务，特斯拉则拟于6月前在奥斯汀启动机器人出租车试点。亚马逊旗下Zoox将成为特斯拉在美国自动驾驶市场的又一竞争对手。
