消息面上，万国数据近日成功在上海证券交易所挂牌上市了"中信证券-万国数据2025年第1期数据中心持有型不动产资产支持专项计划（可持续挂钩）"。这是全国首单数据中心持有型不动产ABS，标志着中国数字基础设施行业在资本市场实现创新突破，为行业高质量发展提供了全新的融资范式。
该ABS项目总募集规模达16.092亿元，吸引了包括中国人寿在内的多家投资机构参与。万国数据董事长兼首席执行官黄伟表示，此次ABS的成功发行是公司发展历程中的重要里程碑，不仅为数据中心行业打通了资本市场通道，创新了融资渠道，还能对资产价格进行合理重估，吸引更多资本流入数据中心领域。公司计划将回笼资金用于未来数据中心建设，在人工智能时代提供更高效、可持续的数字基础设施支撑。
