资料显示,沈洪波生于1968年,今年57岁,曾任上海网通副总经理、上海联通副总经理、中国联通运行维护部总经理、上海联通总经理等职。本次被任命为央企专职外部董事,被视为获提拔。而沈洪波原职位上海联通总经理的空缺尚未有消息传出接任人选,引发市场对公司管理层人事调整的担忧。
此外,当日恒生指数走势疲软,中资电讯股表现不佳,同样加剧了中国联通股价的跌势。不过分析人士认为,人事调整未必会对公司运营产生实质性影响,建议投资者保持耐心观望。
