NeueHealth盘前涨超58%，同意被New Enterprise Associates以13亿美元收购并私有化；
Carbon Revolution盘前涨超90%，与Orion Infrastructure Capital签订了一项新的2500万美元融资协议；
本田汽车盘前涨超2%，该股昨日大涨近13%，日产、本田宣布正式启动合并谈判；
Tilray盘前飙涨逾17%，昨日该股期权成交量大增至34万张,，较前一日暴涨456%。更值得关注的是，看涨期权成交占比高达94.4%，反映了市场普遍看涨该股未来表现的乐观情绪。
