盘前 | 半导体板块多数上涨，博通涨超5%；IBM大涨9%，营收展望高于分析师预期
1月30日周四，美股三大指数期货盘前时段涨跌互现，标普500指数期货涨0.13%，纳指期货涨0.27%，道指期货跌0.06%：
华尔街日报记者Nick Timiraos指出，美联储已暂停连续降息的步伐，进入观望阶段，以评估是否需要进一步下调利率。
周三，美联储暂停降息，将基准联邦基金利率维持在约4.3%，相比去年9月的5.3%已有显著下降。
美联储主席鲍威尔在新闻发布会上表示，由于当前利率水平已较去年有所放松，因此“不急于调整政策立场”。
Timiraos表示，这一表态意味着，美联储在3月会议上可能不会采取新的行动，而是否进一步降息，将取决于通胀的实际进展或劳动力市场的意外疲软。
个股盘前走势
半导体板块多数上涨， 博通 涨超5%， 阿斯麦 涨近4%， 拉姆研究 涨超6%，公司此前发布的财报中对未来预期较为乐观。
