德意志银行Q4利润远低于预期，夜盘跌超5%
本周四（1月30日）， 德意志银行 夜盘跌超5%，截至发稿报18.97美元：
公司此前公布的业绩显示，第四季度营收为 72.2 亿欧元，同比增长 8.6%；除税前利润5.83亿欧元，同比下降 17%，远低于预估11.2亿欧元；美国通用会计准则下每股收益为 0.15 欧元。
公司第四季度信贷损失拨备为 4.2 亿欧元，占平均贷款的 35 个基点，较第三季度的 4.94 亿欧元下降 15%，较上年同期下降 14%。第四季度，一级核心资本充足率（CET1）为 13.8%，与第三季度末持平。
德意志银行计划在 2025 年向股东额外分配 21 亿欧元资本，其中获监管批准的股票回购金额为 7.5 亿欧元，提议的 2024 年股息为 13 亿欧元，相比 2023 年每股 0.45 欧元增加了 50%。
这些举措将使自 2022 年以来的累计资本分配增至 54 亿欧元，超过了该行 2019 年启动的转型计划中 50 亿欧元的目标。
公司重申了 2025 年股本回报率（RoTE）目标超 10% 以及资本分配目标，基于以下预期：2025 年营收约 320 亿欧元，与业绩指引相符。
由于 2024 年特定诉讼事项在 2025 年不再发生，非利息支出将降低，调整后的成本与 2024 年基本持平，信贷损失拨备从 2024 年水平实现部分正常化。
