消息称优步计划向小马智行投资1000万美元，并进行技术合作
彭博社今日援引知情人士消息称，网约车巨头优步计划投资小马智行即将进行的美国首次公开募股（IPO）。小马智行已决定扩大发行规模，并预计下周确定价格。
报道称 Uber 计划在小马智行的 IPO 中投资超过 1000 万美元（当前约 7247.6 万元人民币），Uber 还可能在美国以外的市场与小马智行开展技术合作。
目前，投资的具体金额仍在商议中，尚未确定。Uber 的代表未对这一消息发表评论，小马智行也未回应媒体的置评请求。
Uber 近期已与多家自动驾驶技术公司建立了合作关系，包括机器人出租车公司 Waymo，并对 Wayve Technologies Ltd.进行了投资。Uber 还与文远知行签订了在阿布扎比运营机器人出租车的协议，后者刚刚完成了美国的 IPO 融资。
小马智行原本计划在 11 月 21 日进行 IPO 定价，但由于正在解决监管机构提出的问题而推迟。据透露，小马智行的发行规模也从 1500 万份美国存托股份增加至 2000 万份，预计可筹集 2.6 亿美元（当前约 18.84 亿元人民币），每股定价区间或为 11 至 13 美元（当前约 79.7 至 94.2 元人民币）。
小马智行成立于 2016 年，专注于在美国和中国开发及运营自动驾驶车队，涵盖卡车和机器人出租车等类型。该公司已获得在北京、深圳和广州运营收费无人驾驶出租车的许可证。
报道称，北汽集团和广汽集团等公司也已表示对小马智行的 IPO 表现出兴趣。
