离岸人民币收复7.0大关，为去年5月以来首次
9月25日，离岸人民币兑美元收复7.0关口，为去年5月以来首次。
昨天，国务院新闻办公室举行新闻发布会，中国人民银行行长潘功胜在会上表示，今年以来，人民银行坚持金融服务实体经济的根本宗旨，坚持支持性货币政策立场和政策取向。货币政策成效不断显现，融资成本处于历史低位。根据中央决策部署，人民银行将坚定坚持支持性货币政策立场，加大货币政策调控强度，提高货币政策调控精准性。
会上，潘功胜宣布了三项重磅政策：一是降低存款准备金率和政策利率，并带动市场基准利率下行；二是降低存量房贷利率并统一房贷最低首付比例。三是创设新的政策工具，支持股票市场发展。
央行宣布，近期降准0.5个百分点，年底或择机再降准0.25-0.5个百分点，将降低中央银行政策利率，7天逆回购操作利率下调0.2个百分点，存量房贷利率预计下降约0.5个百分点至新发放房贷利率附近，二套房贷款最低首付比例由25%下调至15%。
