港股异动 | 金力永磁短线拉涨16%，马斯克：特斯拉正与中方进行稀土方面合作
本周三（4月23日）港股午盘， 金力永磁 短线拉涨16%，截至发稿报13.74港元：
消息面上，特斯拉CEO马斯克22日表示，其“擎天柱”人形机器人的生产受到了中国对稀土磁体出口限制的影响。报道称，马斯克说，中国希望保证其稀土磁体不用于军事目的。他补充说，特斯拉正在与北京方面合作，以获得使用稀土磁体的出口许可证。
另一方面，MP Materials上周发表声明，停止向中国出口稀土精矿，以回应中国关税和出口管制。摩根大通分析师表示，考虑到公司中游和下游业务的亏损，稀土精矿销售占MP Materials去年部门收入的70%，以及公司绝大部分盈利因素。
招商证券认为，中国稀土实施出口管制后短期海外将面临抢单，造成海外稀土价格大涨。反观国内，稀土深加工企业迎来发展机遇。因加工后的部分稀土产品不在此次出口管制范围内，企业利润空间得以拓展，进而推动国内稀土价格上升。未来国内外稀土中枢价格将上移，短期预计海外稀土价格将高于国内，中期价格有望收敛，整体中枢价格持续上移。
