全球最大的芯片制造商台积电(TSM.N)周四公布第一季度净利润增长60%，超过市场预期，这得益于人工智能应用中半导体需求的激增。台积电的客户包括苹果和英伟达，该公司1-3月净利润从上年同期的2,255亿元新台币增至3,616亿元新台币，超过了机构预期的3,546亿元新台币。
台積電第一季合併營業收入8,392.5億台幣(下同)，按年增長41.6%，按季減少3.4%。營業利益4,070.8億元，按年增長63.5%，按季減少4.4%。稅後純益3,615.64億元，按年增長60.3%，按季減少3.5%。每股盈餘13.94元(折合美國存託憑證每單位為2.12美元)。若以美元計算，2025年第一季營業收入為255.3億，按年增加35.3%，按季減少5.1%。
期內，公司毛利率為58.8%，營業利益率為48.5%，稅後純益率為43.1%。3納米製程出貨佔台積公司2025年第一季晶圓銷售金額的22%，5納米製程出貨佔全季晶圓銷售金額的36%；7納米製程出貨則佔全季晶圓銷售金額的15%。總體先進製程(包括7納米及更先進製程)營業收入達到全季晶圓銷售金額的73%。
