Affirm被即将上市的瑞典金融科技公司Klarna取代，后者将成为美国零售巨头沃尔玛的快速信贷选择。
由于被即将上市的瑞典金融科技公司Klarna取代成为美国零售巨头沃尔玛的快速信贷选择，有美版“花呗”之称的Affirm Holdings盘初股价跌超15%。
据悉，Klarna将与沃尔玛支持的消费金融应用程序OnePay合作，为美国消费者提供“先买后付”服务。Affirm目前是沃尔玛的合作伙伴，一旦今年整合计划推出，Klarna将成为沃尔玛分期贷款服务的独家选择。
Klarna首席执行官Sebastian Siemiatkowski表示，这笔交易使Klarna得以接触这家美国零售巨头的数百万客户，并在美国开辟了一条新的扩张途径，而美国已经是Klarna增长最快的市场之一。
Affirm的股价下跌还受到“先买后付”行业竞争加剧的影响。以“先买后付”业务而闻名的Klarna在上周五向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请，这将为“先买后付”行业的投资者提供另一种选择。
此外，Affirm的竞争对手、美国支付巨头Block在其广受欢迎的Cash App中增加了Afterpay分期付款融资选项。
