美股异动 | “特朗普概念”无人机小盘股UMAC一度涨超26%，过去两周累涨近800%
本周一（12月2日），无人机小盘股、“特朗普概念股” Unusual Machines Inc 涨幅扩大至26.11%，报23.62美元，一度短暂停牌。公司股价上周五涨近90%，过去两周累涨近800%。
消息面上，公司公告称，畅销书作者和公司投资人小唐纳德·特朗普已经加入公司顾问委员会。他正是美国当选总统特朗普的长子。
Unusual Machines在周三更新的S-1文件中披露，在公告涉及的股份发行之前，小唐纳德·特朗普曾经拥有公司331,580股股票，但目前已经不再持有任何股份。声明没有披露他买入和卖出的时间点和价格。
在今年美国大选结束后，小唐纳德·特朗普曾在一场面向数百名捐赠者的讲话中表示，自己不会加入父亲的政府，而是会以合伙人的身份加入1789 Capital。这是一家风险投资公司，专注于受保守观众欢迎的公司和产品，投资案例包括前福克斯主持人塔克·卡尔森创办的媒体公司。
在同一份S-1文件中，Unusual Machines透露，公司的无人机零售业务高度依赖从中国的进口。公司旗下的Rotor Riot、Fat Shark品牌的无人机产品和配件很大程度上依赖中国供应商来制造，原材料也是在中国采购的。
Unusual Machines警告称，鉴于近期美国总统大选的结果，当选总统特朗普的关税威胁可能会对公司的业务和运营结果造成重大不利影响，关税造成的成本上升可能会迫使公司提高售价，造成产品的需求减少和营收下降。
