据天眼查，近日，蔚来控股有限公司发生工商变更，新增合肥建翔投资有限公司、安徽高新舆文蔚源科技合伙企业(有限合伙)为股东，同时注册资本由约78.57亿人民币增至约82.57亿人民币。据了解，此次增资旨在进一步支持公司在新能源汽车领域的业务发展。
蔚来控股成立于2017年11月，法定代表人为李斌，经营范围涵盖新能源汽车整车及相关零部件的技术开发、销售等。
