周二，加拿大锂矿开发商Standard Lithium盘初涨逾19%，截至发稿涨幅近10%。其背后推手正是特朗普政府近期推出的"关键矿产快速通道"计划——该公司位于阿肯色州的锂提取项目，入选白宫首批重点扶持的10个矿产项目名单，成为初始名单中唯一一个直接锂提取项目。
这项被命名为Smackover Lithium的工程，是Standard Lithium与挪威能源巨头Equinor的合资项目。根据新政，入选项目将享受联邦政府跨部门"绿色通道"，获得简化审批流程、优先资源调配等特殊待遇。
该公司CEO大卫·帕克兴奋地表示："简化的许可流程以及联邦政府的支持，强化了我们的项目开发时间表，并使我们能够提供一种低成本、可持续的国内锂资源，这对于先进能源技术至关重要。"
据了解，在特朗普要求"切断对境外关键矿产依赖"的行政令下，此次入选的三个美国国内锂项目被赋予战略意义。而Standard Lithium的独到之处在于，其采用的直接锂提取技术无需传统盐湖蒸发工艺，既能大幅降低成本，又完美契合环保要求。
值得注意的是，白宫此次公布的10个快速通道项目覆盖稀土、钴、锂等新能源核心矿产，被视作"美国矿产独立战略"的先头部队。随着更多政策红利释放，相关矿产企业有望迎来估值重估机遇。
