中概光伏概念股集体冲高，大全新能源涨超15%
10月25日，中概光伏概念股集体冲高，大全新能源涨超15%，晶科能源张超10%，阿特斯太阳能涨超5%。
消息面上，近期，光伏产业链利好频出。中国光伏行业协会官方公众号近期发布通告称，光伏组件低于成本价投标中标涉嫌违法，同时公布最低成本价0.68元/W。华创证券表示，0.68元/W的成本底线有望限制行业无序竞争，组件价格有望迎来拐点。另据国家能源局最新发布的数据，9月国内新增光伏发电装机容量约20.89GW，环比增长26.9%，同比增长32.4%，改变了环比两个月持续走弱的趋势。
此外，据美国联邦官方网站，美国商务部10月21日起启动变更情况审查(CCR)，考虑部分撤销中国晶体硅光伏电池的反倾销税和反补贴税（AD/CVD）。分析机构认为，上述情况意味着美国对中国光伏组件产品关税政策出现了松动，后续不排除光伏产品豁免范围进—步扩大的可能性。长江证券指出，坚定看多光伏板块，后续期待更多政策呵护行业拐点向上，利好光伏板块表现。
