在报告中,兴登堡表示经过四个月的调查,发现Carvana存在如下严重问题:首先,该公司向一个可疑的未公开关联方出售了8亿美元的贷款,同时也通过会计操纵和松懈的贷款审核来推高收入。与此同时,公司高管内部人士则趁机大肆出售股票,套现数十亿美元。
