云安全公司Datadog今日盘中大跌5.02%,引起市场广泛关注。
公司此前宣布将私下发行7.75亿美元的5年期可转换债券。据悉,Datadog计划将部分净收益用于支付赎回上限、回购部分2025年到期的可转换债券,其余款项则用于一般用途,包括潜在收购。
