超微电脑终结连跌颓势，但其仍面临多重风险
超微电脑 （SMCI）周二股价上涨，避免遭遇四连跌。这家服务器制造商近期似乎正经历人工智能概念股交易的退潮。
该股周二飙升8.5%至39.14美元，成为标普500指数中当日表现第二佳的成分股，而该指数整体下跌1.2%。尽管该股年内仍保持约28%的涨幅，但较2024年3月创下的历史高点已回落约67%。
周一，随着市场消化特朗普政府对墨西哥、加拿大和中国进口商品加征关税的决定，该股暴跌13%。这一政策动向似乎引发了避险情绪升温，冲击了此前受人工智能投资热潮推动的多只股票。在公司会计争议悬而未决的背景下，该股曾成为散户投资者（包括使用杠杆式单一股票基金的投资者）追捧的人工智能概念股，导致其股价波动异常剧烈。
尽管上周因避免退市风险并按时提交财务文件而实现初步上涨，但超微电脑股价随后大幅回落。目前公司仍面临多项诉讼和其他法律风险。
摩根大通分析师 Samik Chatterjee在周一的研报中指出："美国司法部正在对公司展开调查，结合其他诉讼，这增加了公司的法律风险。我们认为这可能导致未来支付罚金，但公司既未对此可能性发表评论，也未量化具体处罚金额。"
Chatterjee维持对超微电脑的"减持"评级，且未设定目标价。
