10月8日上午,连续多日大涨的基建央企股出现明显回落。其中,中国交通建设公司股价暴跌11.94%,收于5.15港元,引发市场关注。
分析人士指出,此前基建央企股在利好政策的持续利好下连续大涨,短期获利盘出现了回吐需求。当日中国铁建、中国中铁、中国中车等多只基建央企股亦出现不同程度下跌。
不过,受益于较低的估值水平以及预期四季度基本面将边际改善,基建央企股依然具有一定的长期投资价值。据介绍,目前九大建筑央企整体市净率仅为0.54倍,处于历史底部区间,后期有望随着政策红利的持续释放而获得估值修复。
