美国总统特朗普于1月21日在白宫宣布了一项名为"星际之门"的人工智能基础设施投资计划。该计划由OpenAI、日本软银集团和美国甲骨文公司三家企业联合发起,总投资规模高达5000亿美元。
根据计划,三家企业将初步投资1000亿美元,未来四年内将投资扩大至5000亿美元,用于在美国境内建设数据中心等AI基础设施。特朗普表示,这将为美国创造10万个工作岗位,确保美国在人工智能领域的领先地位。
软银集团和OpenAI为该项目的主要合作伙伴,软银负责财务方面,OpenAI则负责运营。软银董事长孙正义将出任"星际之门"项目的董事长。Arm、微软、英伟达、甲骨文和OpenAI被列为该项目的关键技术合作伙伴。首个数据中心项目已在得克萨斯州开工建设。
消息公布后,甲骨文公司股价大涨7%,报收于172.57美元。软银集团、英伟达和Arm等参与企业股价也出现不同程度的上涨。
