美国大型银行股盘前普涨，传银行业资本新规大幅放宽
周二，美国大型银行股盘前普涨。截至发稿，美国银行涨1.37%，摩根大通涨1.33%，富国银行涨1.12%，花旗涨0.62%。
据彭博社援引知情者消息称，在监管机构同意对拟议的一揽子规则展开全面修改后，美国大型银行面临的资本金增幅要求将降至9%，与原计划相比大打折扣。
随着宏观经济、监管环境和银行自身盈利能力的改善，华尔街机构普遍看好银行股的未来表现，特别是那些能够积极管理资本和抓住市场机遇的银行。
去年7月，根据美联储、联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）和货币监理署（OCC）发布的银行业监管新规方案要求，资产值超过1000亿美元的银行必须将资本金增加约16%；其中，摩根大通、美国银行、花旗集团、富国银行、高盛、摩根士丹利等八家具有全球系统重要性的美国银行资本金增加19%，以缓冲意外的亏损和金融冲击。
据彭博报道称，大幅削减资本金要求更有可能是为了安抚银行。去年7月提议出台后，银行业发起了激烈程度史上名列前茅的游说活动。此外，修订后的新方案还可能帮助美联储主席鲍威尔实现达到获得美联储内部广泛支持这个目标。鲍威尔此前已向银行明确表示，他也希望避免一场漫长的法律战。
