欢聚集团Q4净营收同比下滑，本季度营收指引不及市场预期
3月20日，欢聚集团发布2024年第四季度业绩。财报显示，第四季度净营收5.494亿美元，同比下降3.6%，市场预期5.504亿美元；经调整每股ADS净收益1.77美元，预估1.24美元；下财年第一季度预计净营收4.82亿美元至4.90亿美元，市场预期4.903亿美元。
财报发布后，欢聚集团盘后重挫，截至发稿跌至7%。
2024年全年，欢聚集团累计投入3.092亿美元用于回购，累计回购ADS股数高达921万，占2023年年底总股本的15.1%。在本次财报中，欢聚宣布新一轮季度股息派发计划。根据该计划，2025至2027年，欢聚将向登记在册的股东派发现金股息，金额为每季度5000万美元（对应每股美国存托股0.93美元），合计现金股息总额度达6亿美元。欢聚同时宣布新增3亿美元股票回购计划，有效期截止至2027年12月。
随着YY直播交易完成，欢聚集团也宣布将把纳斯达克股票交易代码从“YY”变更为“JOYY”，预计将于2025年3月31日起开始使用。
