Kyndryl重挫，被做空机构指控操纵财务指标

Gotham City发布针对Kyndryl的做空报告，核心指控包括收入确认争议和EBITDA调整失真等。报告称，Kyndryl涉嫌将合作伙伴收入全额计入财报，而行业惯例应计净额；该公司 2023财年报表收入因此虚增约7.2亿美元，约占总营收9%。此外，该报告还声称Kyndryl还将重组费用（12亿美元）重新归类为“非经常性项目”，剔除云迁移成本后，其利润率虚报达340个基点。
Kyndryl公司CFO否认Gotham City做空报告列举的所有指控，称报告存在“根本性事实错误”，并宣布将启动5亿美元股票回购计划稳定市场信心。
