D.R.Horton预计2025财年将交付90,000至92,000套住宅,远低于分析师平均预期的94,000多套。同时,该公司预计全年营收将达360亿至375亿美元,也低于市场预期的394.1亿美元。相比去年同期,公司单户租赁业务疲软拖累了总体收入表现。
导致这一疲软业绩预期的主要原因是抵押贷款利率的波动,令一些潜在购房者保持观望态度。为了刺激需求,D.R.Horton不得不推出各种折扣措施,如暂时或永久降低房贷利率等。高昂的建材和土地成本也给公司的利润带来了压力。
