据每经，有消息称，宁德时代正在洽购蔚来旗下充换电业务蔚来能源的控股权，蔚来能源在中国运营着3000多座换电站。对此，记者向宁德时代和蔚来方面求证，宁德时代回复称，“没有更多信息”，蔚来方面截至发稿时未有官方回应。
早在今年3月，宁德时代与蔚来签署战略合作协议。根据协议，双方基于全球汽车产业转型升级趋势，发挥双方在相关领域所拥有的技术、管理、平台、品牌资源等优势，共同打造换电网络。双方换电网络将采用“双网并行”模式。
