“华尔街之狼”出手！卡尔·伊坎拿下Bausch Health 34%股权
加拿大制药巨头Bausch Health Companies周二大涨，截至发稿涨幅超8%。此前公司披露，有“华尔街之狼”之称的亿万富翁激进投资者卡尔·伊坎(Carl Icahn)已获得该公司近34%的股权。
在5月13日年度股东大会前提交的代理声明补充文件中，Bausch Health表示，卡尔·伊坎及其关联方除实际持有的3470万股普通股(占比9.4%)外，还签署了现金结算的股权互换协议。
该公司指出，这份涉及9070万股(占比24.6%)的互换协议将于2028年2月28日到期。这意味着伊坎在Bausch Health的实际经济利益现已达到流通普通股总数的约34%。
据悉，Bausch Health上周宣布通过一项股东权利计划(即“毒丸计划”)，以应对可能出现的恶意收购要约或其他收购企图。
